How do I confirm a booking?

Complete the fare estimator or quote request on the booking page, or call us on 0488 081 639. Our team will confirm availability and the final fare in writing. Your booking is confirmed once you receive our written confirmation.

When is payment required?

For personal bookings, payment is usually taken at the time of booking or on the day of travel. For weddings and full-day hire we may request a deposit to hold the date. Corporate account holders are invoiced on agreed billing cycles.

Can I pay online?

Yes. We can send a secure payment link by email for card payment, or take payment on the day. Bank transfer is available for corporate bookings.

What information do you need when I book?

We need your name, contact number, pickup address, drop-off address, date, time, passenger count and luggage details. For airport pickups we also ask for your flight number so we can track the flight and adjust the pickup automatically.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellation terms depend on the type of booking. For standard point-to-point work, cancellations made with reasonable notice generally incur no fee. Weddings, full-day hire and event bookings may be subject to a deposit or cancellation fee. Exact terms are confirmed in writing with your booking.

Yes. Pickup times, addresses and passenger counts can generally be updated up to a few hours before your booking, subject to availability. Contact our team by phone or email as soon as you know so we can update the driver.
