Do you monitor flight arrival times?

Yes. Every Melbourne Airport and Avalon Airport transfer includes real-time flight tracking. If your flight lands early or is delayed, we adjust the pickup automatically so your chauffeur is ready when you clear the terminal, not before.

Question 2

What happens if my flight is delayed?

Flight delays are covered by our flight tracking. There is no extra charge when your flight is delayed. Our chauffeur will be waiting when you land, with a reasonable buffer for baggage and customs.

Where will my chauffeur meet me?

Accepted Answer

For domestic arrivals your chauffeur will meet you in the terminal near the baggage carousels with a name board. For international arrivals we meet you in the arrivals hall, just past the customs exit. Exact meet-point instructions are included in your booking confirmation.

Is airport parking included in the price?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Airport parking, tolls and GST are included in the quoted fare for meet and greet airport pickups. There is a small airport access fee for Melbourne Airport ($10) and Avalon Airport ($8) that is already built into the fare shown on the estimator.

How much luggage can each vehicle carry?

Accepted Answer

The executive sedan seats three passengers with two large suitcases plus two carry-ons. The luxury SUV (Audi Q7) seats up to six passengers with four to five bags depending on size. The Mercedes-Benz V-Class people mover seats seven passengers with up to six large suitcases and additional carry-ons. If you are travelling with unusual or oversized items, please tell us at the time of booking.

Can child seats be requested?

Yes. Baby capsules, forward-facing child seats and booster seats can be requested when you book, subject to availability. Please provide the child's age and weight so we can supply the correct restraint under Victorian regulations.

Can I book a return airport transfer?

Accepted Answer

Yes, and it is the most common way our airport clients book with us. Both legs are confirmed as one booking, and you keep the same team looking after you on the way out and on the way home. Corporate customers may be eligible for a return booking benefit on the outbound leg.

Do you provide transfers from Melbourne Airport to regional Victoria?

Yes. We regularly run airport transfers from Melbourne Airport to the Yarra Valley, Mornington Peninsula, Daylesford, Geelong, Ballarat and the Bellarine Peninsula. Long-distance fares are quoted in advance, all-inclusive, so there are no surprises on arrival.

How early should I book an airport transfer?

For weekday domestic transfers, 24 hours notice is usually sufficient. For international arrivals, weekend flights and school-holiday peaks we recommend at least 48 hours. If you have a same-day requirement, call us on 0488 081 639 and we will do our best to help.

Do you service Avalon Airport?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Avalon Airport (AVV) transfers are available to and from Melbourne, Geelong, the Bellarine Peninsula and the western suburbs. Flight tracking, meet and greet and a small airport access fee are included in the quoted fare.
